"I first wanted to say the dock is working well with no issues! Now I wanted to take time to just say how much I appreciate the partnership we have built with Central PA Dock and Door. You have always been very fair and expedient in quoting, quick to respond to our needs when a dock or door was broke, or we needed a new fix like the sawdust trailer seal you made for us. You treat us like we were your only customer (even bringing the owners on site) despite being extremely busy with all the other accounts and work you have. This last instance where our dock failed once more after multiple trips down here to repair (many of which you did not charge us for) and you came up with a replacement dock that you installed within several hours, costing less overall than to replace the worn parts on the old dock puts you over the top in my book. I deal with a lot of vendors and you guys are hands down at the top of the list for quality of service, responsiveness to needs, and overall pricing.

“I received our bill for the newly installed garage doors, and I mailed the check out right away and was glad to do so. I want to thank you for your professionalism throughout the whole process of looking at the old doors to selecting and ordering the new doors, to the final installation.
